The Atlantic Theater Company and the Druid Theatre Company presentation of Martin McDonagh’s play The Cripple of Inishmaan has extended for a second time, and will now close on March 15.

The critically acclaimed production is directed by Tony Award winner Garry Hynes and features Kerry Condon, Andrew Connolly, Laurence Kinlan, Dearbhla Molloy, Aaron Monaghan, Marie Mullen, Patricia O’Connell, David Pearse, and John C. Vennema. It has scenic and costume design by Francis O’Connor, lighting design by Davy Cunningham, sound design by John Leonard, and original music by Colin Towns.

Hynes won the Tony Award for directing McDonagh’s The Beauty Queen of Leenane, which was first seen at the Atlantic. She has also directed the Broadway productions of Sixteen Wounded and Translation, and the City Center Encores’ production of Juno.

McDonagh’s other plays include The Lieutenant of Inishmore, The Pillowman, The Lonesome West, and A Skull in Connemara. He won the Academy Award for the short film Six Shooter and most recently wrote and directed the film In Bruges.
