Sierra Boggess, Christian Borle, Amy Morton, Cynthia Nixon, Sherie Rene Scott, Bobby Steggert, Barbara Walsh and more stars hit the town.
On Tuesday afternoon, Disney hosted a special release of the CD of The Little Mermaid at the World of Disney store. The show’s star, Sierra Boggess, was on hand to sing her big number, “Part of Your World.”
The fabulous Sherie Rene Scott, who plays evil sea witch Ursula, came by to meet the fans and autograph the CD.
Co-stars Tyler Maynard, Eddie Korbich, and Tituss Burgess also took part in the event.
On Monday night, the acclaimed musical Adding Machine opened Off-Broadway at the Minetta Lane. Celebrating after the performance were stars Amy Warren, Joel Hatch, and Cyrilla Baer.
Director David Cromer (right) received a congratulatory hug from Austin Pendleton.
Tony Award winner Tommy Tune caught up with Barbara Walsh, who is off to play Desiree in Baltimore CENTERSTAGE’s production of A Little Night Music.
Playwright John Guare was in the audience.
Legendary director Joseph Hardy, currently represented by the Off-Broadway drama Grace, attended the opening.
Finally, Emmy Award winner Cynthia Nixon caught a preview of the Broadway musical In the Heights and met up with director Thomas Kail and co-star and co-creator Lin-Manuel Miranda — who will appear in the Sex and the City film alongside Nixon.
