Colella, Falk, Gillette, Walsh, et al. Set for Becky Show Reading

Jenn Colella, Willy Falk, Anita Gillette, Mary Pat Gleason, Garrett Long and Barbara Walsh will star in a free reading of The Becky Show at 8pm on Sunday, February 11 and Monday, February 12 at Ars Nova (511 West 54th Street).
The show features music and lyrics by Nancy Shayne, and book and direction by Michael Patrick King. It is described as “a funny, dark musical glimpse of what happens to a women whose dream of being a New York artist takes longer than she had planned.”
Shayne was one of the contributors to the Transport Group’s acclaimed musical The Audience. King is currently also represented at Ars Nova as the co-author and director of At Least It’s Pink; he is best known for being the head writer of HBO’s Sex and the City.
