Julie Andrews and Lauren Bacall to Appear in Bay Street Theater Talkbacks; Andrews and Alec Baldwin Will Host Gala at Rainbow Room

Stage and screen legends Julie Andrews and Lauren Bacall will participate in audience talkbacks as part of The Picture Show series at the Bay Street Theatre in Sag Harbor, Long Island. Bacall will appear on Saturday, February 18 after a screening of the 1944 film To Have and Have Not, while Andrews will speak on Saturday, March 4 in conjunction with a screening of The Sound of Music.

In addition, Andrews and Alec Baldwin will host the Bay Street Theater’s 15th anniversary benefit gala, to be held at 6:30pm on Monday, March 6 at the Rainbow Room. Among the Bay Street alumni scheduled to perform at the event are Christine Ebersole, Bebe Neuwirth, Tony Roberts, B.D. Wong, Debra Monk, Kate Burton, Charles Busch, Julie Halston, Edward Hibbert, Daniel Gerroll, and Patricia Kalember. The evening will also include cocktails, a sit-down dinner, and dancing. Proceeds will benefit the theater’s mainstage season and its many programs.
