Theater for the New City has announced the complete cast for the upcoming world premiere of Andy Halliday's Nothing But Trash, which will play from March 6-23 at Theater for the New City's Community Space Theater. An official opening is scheduled for March 9. G.R. Johnson will direct.

In addition to the previously announced Halliday, the full cast will include Tim Burke, Andrew Glaszek, John Kevin Jones, Rory Max Kaplan, Tim McGarrigal, David Errigo Jr., Jeffrey Vause, and Steven Wenslawski.

Nothing But Trash, a satire of 1950s teen-angst films and gay pulp fiction, tells the story of Tab and Troy, who are on the fast track to madness when their innocent love is destroyed by lies. Wrongly accused of a heinous crime, the boys must escape the horror of juvenile hall, or risk losing their sanity.

Theater for the New City has produced over 800 new plays. Founded in 1971, TNC has nurtured the talents of Sam Shepard, María Irene Fornés, Romulus Linney, Richard Foreman, and many more. TNC produces 30 to 40 premieres of new American plays per year, at least 10 of which are by emerging and young playwrights.
