The producers of Pulitzer Prize finalist Will Eno's new play, The Realistic Joneses, have announced that the production will begin preview performances in mid-March at a yet-to-be-announced Shubert theater. The play's official opening night has been scheduled for April 6.

The Realistic Joneses will star Academy Award and Tony nominee Toni Collette (The Sixth Sense, The Wild Party), Golden Globe Award winner Michael C. Hall (Dexter, Chicago), Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winner Tracy Letts (Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, August: Osage County), and Academy Award winner Marisa Tomei (My Cousin Vinny, The Wrestler).

The play follows two suburban couples — Bob and Jennifer and their neighbors John and Pony — whose relationships soon become deeply intertwined. It is described as a contemporary comedy that "explores how our joys and sorrows — and how we choose to face them — can come to define our lives." Sam Gold (Fun Home) directs.
