Broadway fans can party like it's 1995 as stars of the Great White Way gather at 54 Below on January 13 to pay homage to the girl group that spiced up all of our adolescent lives. Following a sold-out run at the Canal Room, Broadway Loves the Spice Girls is packing up its trunk of girl-power tuners and traveling uptown to the Broadway supper club to perform some of Baby, Scary, Ginger, Posh, and Sporty's greatest hits.
Featuring new vocal arrangements by music director Benjamin Rauhala, the cast will perform a bill filled with chart-toppers (and '90s dance-party favorites) including "Wannabe," "Spice Up Your Life," "Stop," "2 Become 1," as well as a few numbers from the cult-hit film Spice World and samples from the girls' solo careers.
