Robert Cuccioli Set to Lead Cast of 9/11-Inspired Drama Bikeman

The new play is written by Thomas F. Flynn.

Bikeman 9/11, a new September 11-inspired drama by Thomas F. Flynn, will play the BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center beginning January 26, producers Marc Agger and William Brown have announced. Inspired by Flynn's acclaimed book and directed by Michael Bush, the production officially opens February 18.

Bikeman recounts Flynn's real-life experiences as a writer and producer for the CBS Evening News With Dan Rather as he helped report the events of September 11, 2001. The company is led by Tony Award nominee Robert Cuccioli as Tom, along with Irungu Mutu, Angela Pierce, Elizabeth Ramos, and Richard Topol.

Featured on the creative team are James Noone (scenic design), Karen Ledger (costume design), Kevin Adams (lighting design), Sam Kusnetz (sound design), Darrel Maloney (projection design), and Jonathan Brielle (original music).
