Michael Milligan will discuss writing and performing in his solo show, Mercy Killers, during a post-performance talk back on January 30.

Michael Milligan, Heather Raffo, and Lisa Ramirez will take part in a talk-back on January 30 at the Stella Adler Studio for Acting, following the 7:30pm performance of Milligan's new drama Mercy Killers.

Moderated by Theater Communications Group Executive Director Teresa Eyring, the discussion, titled Actor Warrior, will explore writing and performing in socially relevant plays produced by regional theaters and will examine the work of Milligan and others artists who have taken their careers into their own hands by creating their own theatrical pieces. Raffo won a Lucille Lortel Award for her solo show, 9 Parts of Desire. Ramirez is the performer in and author of Exit Cuckoo.

Milligan currently appears in Mercy Killers, which continues through February 16 at three New York City venues, in Manhattan, the Bronx, and Queens. Mercy Killers is directed by Tom Oppenheim, who formed the Actor Warrior series with Eyring.
