F. Murray Abraham, Mary Testa, and Amanda Quaid to Participate in Classic Stage Company's Brecht Fest

The two-day event explores Brecht’s songs, poetry, and stories.

Classic Stage Company will present Brech Fest, a series exploring the work of Bertolt Brecht, to be take place on February 3 and February 10. The company, which is currently presenting Brecht's A Man's A Man, has been exploring the work of this famous writer since a 2011 production of Galileo. Galileo was followed by last season's The Caucasian Chalk Circle.

February 3 will focus on the poetry of Brecht, with guest artists F. Murray Abraham, Roberta Maxwell, Amanda Quaid, Elizabeth A. Davis, and others. On February 10, Brecht Fest's focus will be on the songs of Brecht, with performers Mary Testa, Elizabeth A. Davis, Jason Babinsky, Deb Radloff, and more.

Classic Stage Company is an off-Broadway theater committed to reimagining the classical repertory for contemporary American audiences. Founded in 1967, CSC aims to use works of the past as a way to engage in the issues of today.
