Scott Faris to Direct William Shatner in Broadway’s Shatner’s World

Scott Faris will direct the previously reported Broadway production of Shatner’s World: We Just Live In It, starring screen icon William Shatner. The production will play the Music Box, February 14 – March 4, with an opening night on February 16.

The two-hour show will take audiences on a voyage through Shatner’s life and career.

The newly announced creative team will include Edward Pierce (scenic design), Ken Billington (lighting design) and Peter Fitzgerald (sound design).

Faris’ prior directing credits include Bette Midler’s recent Las Vegas show, The Showgirl Must Go On, various international productions of Chicago the Musical, and the arena spectacular, Walking With Dinosaurs.

Tickets go on sale Saturday January 21.
