Judy Kuhn will offer a free concert celebrating two Lower Manhattan landmarks at the World Financial Center Winter Garden on January 14 at 7pm. The Knickerbocker Chamber Orchestra will also be featured at the performance.

The free event will celebrate the Statue of Liberty, which marked its 125th year in New York Harbor this year, and Castle Clinton, which is marking its bicentennial. Kuhn will perform songs that were offered by Jenny Lind – also known as “The Swedish Nightingale”- when she made her U.S. debut at the theater at the castle in 1850.

Kuhn’s Broadway credits include her Tony Award-nominated performances in Les Miserables, Chess, and She Loves Me, as well as Rags and The Mystery of Edwin Drood, among others.
