Emma Hunton and Andy Mientus to Perform Springsteen Tribute at Mercury Lounge

The Mercury Lounge will present Fire Without a Spark: Emma and Andy Cover Springsteen on February 27at 8:30pm. The event, a one-night only Bruce Springsteen tribute concert, will feature performances by Emma Hunton and Andy Mientus.
Backed by a four-piece band, the duo will rock out and bring their unique sound to Springsteen favorites for a night of working class heroism and untamed Americana. The evening will feature music direction by Zoe Sarnak.
Hunton is currently playing Maureen in Rent Off-Broadway and has appeared in productions of Les Miserables, Spring Awakening, Next to Normal and more.
Mientus will soon be featured in MCC’s production of Carrie, which begins previews later this month. He has been the recipient of two NYMF Outstanding Individual Performance Awards for his performances in Shine! and Crazy, Just Like Me.
