Mia Barron, Aya Cash, Santino Fontana, et al. Set for Benefit Reading of June Moon

The Acting Company will present a staged reading of George S. Kaufman and Ring Lardner’s 1929 hit musical June Moon at the Mainstage Theater at Playwrights Horizons on Monday, January 24, at 7pm. Tony Award winner John Rando will direct this benefit performance.

The comedy is set in the 1920s, and tells the story of an emerging Tin Pan Alley songwriter. The cast will include Kaufman’s great grandson, James Patrick Cronin, along with Mia Barron, Megan Bartle, Aya Cash, Michael Cullen, Santino Fontana, Matthew Greer, Robert Michael McClure, Lisa McCormick, Julie McKay, Richard Topol, and Andrew Weems.

Tickets for the benefit evening are $35 and $60 and include a reception with the cast following the performance.
