Mario Cantone, Cady Huffman, Sherri Shepherd, Christopher Sieber et al. Set for Upcoming Celebrity Autobiography Shows

Mario Cantone, Tate Donovan, Rachel Dratch, Susie Essman, Dayle Reyfel, and Sherri Shepherd will join co-creators Eugene Pack and Dayle Reyfel for the January 24 edition of Celebrity Autobiography: In Their Own Words at the Triad Theater. The show will begin at 7:30pm.
In addition, the show’s national tour will play Charlotte’s North Carolina Blumenthal Performing Arts Center next week, January 25-30 with a cast scheduled to include Pack ad Reyfel, along with Tom Booker, Cady Huffman, Laura Kightlinger (January 27-30 only), and Christopher Sieber.
The show features a line-up of rotating performers who interpret the actual words and stories written by the famous and the infamous, in both solo and ensemble “chamber” pieces culled from the autobiographies of celebrities.
Some of the “authors” that are featured include Ivana Trump, Vanna White, Mr. T, Star Jones, Kenny Loggins, Tommy Lee, Sylvester Stallone, the Jonas Brothers, Zsa Zsa Gabor, David Cassidy, Neil Sedaka, Britney Spears, Madonna, Tiger Woods, Carrie Prejean, Sarah Palin, Burt Reynolds and Loni Anderson.
The production won a 2009 Drama Desk Award and a 2010 Bistro Award.
