Des Keogh to Star in Irish Rep’s My Scandalous Life, About Lord Alfred Douglas

Des Keogh will star in Thomas Kilroy’s My Scandalous Life, to run February 2 – March 6 in the Irish Repertory Theatre‘s W. Scott McLucas Studio Theatre. John Going will direct the production.

The play centers on Oscar Wilde’s beloved Bosie, Lord Alfred Douglas (Keogh), who, in 1944, is reflecting on the notorious love affair that rocked England. The production will also feature Fiana Tiobin as Eileen, Douglas’ maid.

The creative team will include Charlie Corcoran (scenic design), David Toser (costume design), Michael O’Connor (lighting design), and Zach Williamson (sound design).

Keogh’s U.S. stage credits include Da, Confessions of an Irish Republican, Mr. Dooley’s America, The Matchmaker and The Love-Hungry Farmer.
