Colin Firth, Melissa Leo, Natalie Portman, Aaron Sorkin, et al. Win Critics Choice Awards

The Broadcast Film Critics Association’s Critics Choice Movie Awards were presented in a ceremony to be held at the Hollywood Palladium on January 14, and broadcast live on VH1 at 9pm ET/PT.

The Social Network received awards for Best Picture, David Fincher for Best Director, and Aaron Sorkin for Best Adapted Screenplay category, as well as Best Score.

Individual acting honors went to Colin Firth (The King’s Speech), Natalie Portman (Black Swan), Christian Bale (The Fighter), Melissa Leo (The Fighter), Hallee Stenfeld (True Grit), and the ensemble of
The Fighter.

Other films honored by the group included Toy Story 3, 127 Hours, Easy A, The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, Inception, and Alice in Wonderland.
