Anderson Cooper to Narrate Broadway Revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying

Emmy and Peabody Award-winning journalist Anderson Cooper will make his Broadway debut as the voice of the narrator in the Broadway revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Rob Ashford will direct and choreograph the production, which will begin performances at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre on February 26, with an opening on March 27.

As previously reported, the production will star Daniel Radcliffe (J. Pierrepont Finch ), John Larroquette (J.B. Biggley), Tammy Blanchard (Hedy La Rue), Christopher J. Hanke (Bud Frump), Rob Bartlett (Twimble/Wally Womper), Mary Faber (Smitty), Ellen Harvey (Miss Jones), Michael Park ( Bert Bratt), and Rose Hemingway (Rosemary Pilkington).

The ensemble will feature Cameron Adams, Cleve Asbury, Tanya Birl, Kevin Covert, Paige Faure, David Hull, Justin Keyes, Marty Lawson, Erica Mansfield, Barrett Martin, Nick Mayo, Sarah O’Gleby, Stephanie Rothenberg, Megan Sikora, Michaeljon Slinger, Joey Sorge, Matt Wall, Ryan Watkinson, Charlie Williams, and Samantha Zack.

The musical follows a wily window washer on his riotous rise up the corporate ladder. The show features a score by Frank Loesser and a book by Abe Burrows, Jack Weinstock, and Willie Gilbert. Songs include “I Believe in You,” “Happy to Keep His Dinner Warm,” “The Company Way,” “Been a Long Day,” “Rosemary,” and “Brotherhood of Man.”

The creative team will include Derek McLane (scenic design), Catherine Zuber (costume design), Howell Binkley (lighting design), Jon Weston (sound design), Doug Besterman (orchestrations), and David Chase (music director and arranger).
