The New York Times Arts & Leisure Weekend was held on January 8-10 at the Times Center in New York City. Among the stars who were interviewed was five-time Tony Award winner Angela Lansbury, who is currently starring in the Broadway revival of A Little Night Music. Discussing her first Broadway musical role in Anyone Can Whistle, she stated, “I wish I could play that part again, Cora is amazing. The show ran for only nine performances and we did the cast recording the day after the last performance. We were all crying and carrying on.”
