PHOTO FLASH: Hugh Dancy, Ben Whishaw, and The Pride Cast Meet the Press

Hugh Dancy, Adam James, Andrea Riseborough, and Ben Whishaw, who star in MCC’s production of Alexi Kaye Campbell’s The Pride, met the press on Thursday, January 7.
The play will be presented at the Lucille Lortel Theatre, January 27-March 20, with an opening set for February 16. Tony Award winner Joe Mantello will direct the production.
The Pride, which deals with sexual politics and sexual identity, is set in both 1958 and 2008. It was previously presented in London at the Royal Court, where it won an Olivier Award, among other honors.
The creative team includes set designer David Zinn, costume designer Mattie Ullrich, lighting designer Paul Gallo, and sound designer Jill DuBoff.
