Irish Rep Extends Ernest in Love Through February 14

The Irish Repertory Theatre has extended the run of its revival of the musical Ernest in Love through February 14. Charlotte Moore has directed the production.

Based on Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest, the musical has a book and lyrics by Anne Croswell and music by Lee Pickriss. The company features Annika Boras (Gwendolen), Brad Bradley (Lane/ Merriman), Kerry Conte (Alice/Effie), Katie Fabel (Cecily), Beth Fowler (Lady Bracknell), Kristin Griffith (Miss Prism), Ian Holcomb (Algernon), Peter Maloney (Dr. Chasuble), and Noah Racey (Jack).

The creative team includes Barry McNabb (choreography), James Morgan (scenic design), Linda Fisher (costume design), and Brian Nason (lighting design).
