Dominic Chianese and Craig Bierko to Join FX’s Damages

Stage veterans Dominic Chianese and Craig Bierko will be joining FX’s Damages, according to published reports. The show will begin its third season on January 25.

Chianese will appear on multiple episodes, playing a character associated with the Tobin family. Bierko will also appear in multiple episodes, as a character connected to Arthur Frobisher, played by Ted Danson.

Chianese, best known for his portrayal of Uncle Junior on The Sopranos, was recently seen off-Broadway in Still Life. His Broadway credits include revivals of The Rose Tattoo and Requiem for a Heavyweight and the original production of David Mamet’s The Water Engine.

Bierko was most recently seen on Broadway in Guys and Dolls. He appeared in Thou Shalt Not and The Music Man. Among his television credits are Boston Legal, The Powers That Be and Sydney.
