Ashlee Simpson-Wentz will participate in a talkback following the Tuesday, January 19 performance of the Broadway musical Chicago, at the Ambassador Theatre.

The event is part of the series “Talkback Tuesdays,” which offers post-show discussions and audience Q&A sessions with members of the Broadway company of the record-breaking hit musical.

Simpson-Wentz, who currently stars in the musical as Roxie Hart, previously played her role in 2006 in the West End production of the musical. She recently starred on CW’s Melrose Place, and her other TV credits include MTV’s The Ashlee Simpson Show, 7th Heaven, and Saved by the Bell. Among her releases as a recording artist are Autobiography, I Am Me, and Bittersweet.

Chicago, which features a book by Fred Ebb and Bob Fosse, music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb, has been directed by Walter Bobbie and choreographed by Ann Reinking, The creative team includes John Lee Beatty (scenic design), William Ivey Long (costume design), Ken Billington (lighting design), and Scott Lehrer (sound design).
