Poulos, Ragusa, Rudetsky, et al. Set for Engeman’s Lend Me a Tenor

Full cast and creative team have been announced for Ken Ludwig’s farce Lend Me a Tenor, to play the John W. Engeman Theater in Northport, Long Island, January 17-February 17. The production, which will open officially on January 19, will be directed by B.T. McNicholl.

The play, which is set in 1934, concerns a world-famous opera star who is about to help the Cleveland Grand Opera celebrate the biggest night in its history, but who many never leave his hotel room.

The cast features Neal Benari (Tito), Catia Ojeda (Maggie), Jim Poulos (Max), Michele Ragusa (Maria), Seth Rudetsky (Bellhop), Doug Stender (Saunders), Celia Tackaberry (Julia), and Christianne Tisdale (Diana).

The creative team includes Court Watson (sets), Robin L. McGee (costumes), Jen Schriever (lighting), and Erin M. Ballantine (sound). McNicholl’s directing credits include The Producers and Cabaret.
