Eisenberg, Elrod, LeBow, Wartella, et al. Set for A.R.T.’s Oliver Twist

Full casting and creative team information has been announced for Neil Bartlett’s adaptation of Oliver Twist, set to play the American Repertory Theatre in Cambridge, Massachusetts from February 17 through March 24. The show, which was previously seen in London, will be directed by Bartlett.

Based on the novel by Charles Dickens, Oliver Twist will star Michael Wartella in the title role and Broadway veteran Ned Eisenberg as Fagin. The supporting cast features Remo Airaldi, Steven Boyer, Gregory Derelian, Thomas Derrah, Carson Elrod, Jennifer Ikeda, Elizabeth Jasicki, Will LeBow, Karen MacDonald, Craig Pattison, and Lucas Steele.

The creative team includes Gerard McBurney (music), Rae Smith (sets and costumes), Scott Zielinski (lighting), David Remedios (sound), and Simon Deacon (music direction). Bartlett is the former artistic director of London’s Lyric Hammersmith Theatre.
