Arison, Collins, Kunken to Star in MCC’s A Very Common Procedure

Amir Arison, Lynn Collins, and Stephen Kunken will star in MCC Theatre’s production of Courtney Baron’s A Very Common Procedure at the Lucille Lortel Theatre, January 31-March 10. The production, to be directed by Michael Grief, will open officially on February 14.

The play concerns an extramarital affair between a Jewish wife and Indian doctor and the horrific moments that brings them together with her husband. Baron’s other plays include Consumption, Not Our Last Hurrah, and These Three Here. Grief’s many directorial credits include Grey Gardens, Rent, and Dogeaters.

Arson’s New York stage credits include Beast on the Moon and Modern Orthodox. Collins starred on Broadway in The Women and the Shakespeare in the Park production of As You Like It. Kunken appeared on Broadway in Festen and Proof and was recently seen Off-Broadway in Speak Truth to Power.
