Several media outlets have reported that director David Warren was recently brought in to work on improving the musical during the preview period, though the show's publicist will neither confirm nor deny this. Audiences members have said that, more than two weeks after previews began on December 20, Carrafa was still making a pre-show speech to the audience, explaining that Good Vibrations was still a work in progress.
