Christopher Sieber, who most recently appeared on Broadway as Rapunzel’s Prince in the revival of Stephen Sondheim’s Into the Woods, will replace Marc Kudisch as Trevor Graydon in Thoroughly Modern Millie while Kudisch takes a hiatus from the role in order to play Carl-Magnus in the upcoming New York City Opera production of Sondheim’s A Little Night Music.

Sieber will play Graydon from Tuesday, January 28 through Sunday, April 27. Kudisch will return to the role — for which he received a Tony Award nomination — on Tuesday, April 29. The actors have at least one another role in common, having both appeared as Gaston in the Broadway production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.

Prior to Into the Woods, Sieber was seen on Broadway as Agis in Triumph of Love. He made a big impression as Batman in the most recent edition of Broadway Bares and is known to TV viewers for his role in the series Two of a Kind. Kudisch’s Broadway credits include The Wild Party, Bells Are Ringing, and High Society.
