Paper Mill Playhouse has announced its 2018-19 season.

As previously announced, Paper Mill opens its season with Unmasked, a revue celebrating the life and work of Andrew Lloyd Webber. Cocreated by Richard Curtis and John Doyle, the production runs September 27-October 28 under Doyle's direction, with choreography by JoAnn M. Hunter.

Next up is Irving Berlin's Holiday Inn, running November 21-December 30. The Paper Mill mounting reunites the show's original Broadway creative team, including director Gordon Greenberg and choreographer Denis Jones. With songs by Berlin, the musical is based on the Universal Pictures film and features a book by Greenberg and Chad Hodge.

Rick Elice's My Very Own British Invasion, directed and choreographed by Jerry Mitchell, will run January 31, 2019-March 3, 2019. Featuring songs by Herman's Hermits, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Petula Clark, and the Moody Blues, the show is based on the experiences of Peter Noone, who was 15 when he rose to international stardom as the lead singer of Herman's Hermits.

Nolan Gasser, Mindi Dickstein, and Kirsten Guenther's Benny & Joon, based on the MGM film from 1993, comes to Paper Mill April 4, 2019-May 5, 2019. The production is directed by Jack Cummings III and choreographed by Scott Rink.

The season concludes with Beauty and the Beast, running May 29, 2019-June 30, 2019. Mark S. Hoebee directs and Denis Jones choreographs the musical, which features songs by Alan Menken, Howard Ashman, and Tim Rice, and a book by Linda Woolverton.

Casting and additional information will be announced at a later date.
