McCarter Theater Center Announces 2018-19 Season

New Jersey's McCarter Theatre Center has announced its 2018-19 season.

The lineup is as follows:

September 7-October 7: The Age of Innocence by Edith Wharton, adapted for the stage by Douglas McGrath, directed by Doug Hughes. Presented in association with Hartford Stage.

October 9-28: Dominique Morisseau's Detroit '67, directed by Jade King Carroll. Presented in association with Hartford Stage.

December 4-29: Charles Dickens's A Christmas Carol, adapted by David Thompson and directed by Adam Immerwahr.

January 11, 2019-February 10, 2019: The Niceties by Eleanor Burgess, directed by Kimberly Senior. Presented in association with the Huntington Theatre Company.

March 12, 2019-31, 2019: The Gods of Comedy by Ken Ludwig, directed by Kathleen Marshall. Produced in association with the Old Globe Theatre.

May 3, 2019-June 2, 2019: Skylight by David Hare, directed by Emily Mann.

Additional information about each production will be announced. McCarter Theater Center's current production of Crowns, written and directed by Regina Taylor, is running through April 1 before moving to the Long Wharf Theatre, April 18-May 13.
