Clohessy, Derelian, Robins, Sturgis, et al. Set for A Streetcar Named Desire

Full cast and creative team have been announced for the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey’s production of Tennessee Williams’ A Streetcar Named Desire, September 10-October 5. The production, which will open officially on September 13, will be directed by Bonnie J. Monte.

In addition to previously announced star Laila Robins as Blanche DuBois, the cast will include Gregory Delerian as Stanley Kowalski, Nisi Sturgis as Stella Kowalski, and Robert Clohessy as Mitch. The supporting cast includes Wendy Barrie-Wilson, Brent Langdon, David Villalobos, Yolande Bavan, Justin Clark, Megan Irene Davis, and Jon Barker.

The creative team includes Harry Feiner (sets), Hugh Hanson (costumes), Bruce Auerbach (lighting), Karin Greybash (sound), and Rick Sordelet (fight direction).

The company is presenting Private Lives through August 31, and will mount Romeo and Juliet, October 15-November 16, followed by The Winter’s Tale, December 3-28.
