This summer, New Jersey Repertory Company will present the world premiere of Lucky Me, written by Robert Caisley and directed by SuzAnne Barabas. Performances will begin July 31 in advance of an August 2 opening and will run through August 31.

Lucky Me follows Sara and her new neighbor, Tom, a TSA agent whose attraction to Sara intensifies while he learns of an increasingly bizarre streak of bad luck that has been haunting her for 22 years. The play is a whimsical romantic comedy about love, aging, cracked windows, broken bones, airport security, and bad luck.

The cast will feature Dan Grimaldi, Wendy Peace, Michael Irvin Pollard, and Mark Light-Orr. The creative team will include Jessica Parks (set design and props), Jill Nagle (lighting design), Merek Royce Press (sound design), Patricia E. Doherty (costume design), and Michael Carroll (technical director).
