Dominic Chianese to Perform Songs of My Italian Childhood at Cape May Stage

Actor Dominic Chianese, who starred in HBO’s The Sopranos, will offer a one-night-only performance of his solo show Italian Songs of My Childhood on Monday, August 9 the Robert Shackleton Playhouse. The event is being offered as part of at Cape May Stage’s inaugural Second Stage Broadway Series.

In the piece, Chianese recounts some of his life story while offering such Italian classics as “O Sole Mio,” “Core ngrato,” and “O Marenariello.”

Chianese’s stage credits include The Rose Tatoo, Requiem for a Heavyweight and The Water Engine/Mr. Happiness, and Still Life Among his many film credits are The Godfather, Part II, And Justice for All, and Dog Day Afternoon.
