Rona Figueroa, Andy Kelso, Forrest McClendon, Lindsay Mendez Set for Two River Theatre’s Jacques Brel Is Alive…

Two River Theatre company has announced casting for Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris, to run May 17 – June 5. Daniel Ostling will direct the production, in lieu of the previously announced Amanda Dehnert, who has withdrawn for personal reasons. The show will also have choreography by Daniel Pelzig and music direction by Greg Brown.

The revue, conceived by Eric Blau and Mort Shuman, who also provide English lyrics, and additional material, features the music of Belgian songwriter Jacques Brel.

The company will feature Rona Figueroa, Andy Kelso, Forrest McClendon, and Lindsay Mendez, along with bandmembers Greg Brown (conductor and keyboards), David Malachowski (guitar), Joshua Samuels (drums/percussion) and Joseph Wallace (bass).

The creative team includes costume designer Jessica Ford, lighting designer Lee
Fiskness, and sound designers Drew Levy and Zachary Williamson.
