Daniel Beaty to Perform Through the Night at Crossroads Theatre

Daniel Beaty will bring his new solo show Through the Night to Crossroads Theatre in New Brunswick, NJ, to run February 11-23. Charles Randolph-Wright will direct the production.

In the piece, Beaty plays six interconnected African-American males ranging from ten to sixty. Through the Night is a continuation of Beaty and Randolph-Wright’s ongoing collaboration. Previously, the two worked together on the Obie Award-winning Emergence-SEE!.

Beaty is also the author of Resurrection, and has performed his work at venues such as The Public Theater, Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), New York Theater Workshop, La Mama, American Conservatory Theater, Hartford Stage, and Yale University.
