WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Long Wharf Theatre presents Tom Stoppard's Travesties as the final production of the 2004-2005 40th Anniversary season. Directed by Gregory Boyd, Stoppard's comedic masterwork about politics, art and memory, features stage, screen, and television star Sam Waterston.
Waterston returns to New Haven as Henry Carr in this exuberant and free-wheeling comedy by the author of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, Arcadia, The Real Thing and the Academy Award-winning film Shakespeare in Love.
