Goodspeed Musicals presents Cole Porter's jazzy musical comedy Red, Hot, and Blue! Director Michael Leeds has also revised the book, incorporating a vast array of songs from the Porter repertoire including "I've Got You Under My Skin" and "Just One of Those Things." The plot centers around Nails Duquesne, a former manicurist turned wealthy widow. She holds a lottery to help her lawyer, Bob Hale, find the lost love of his life. To assist in the search, Nails and her perennial debutantes arrange for the parole of several prison inmates. However, their leader is a sentimental jailbird who resents his release from luxurious prison life. Even the Senate Finance Committee gets involved, culminating an already comical situation.
