WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Lulu, by Frank Wedekind, is directed by Mark Lamos.

German playwright Frank Wedekind took all he knew about attraction, repulsion, violence, vulnerability -- even a heartbreaking kind of innocence -- and created Lulu. One of the great plays of the 20th century, Lulu is vast, disturbing, scandalous, theatrical, and -- like the woman herself -- unforgettable.
