WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Vampire Weekend is hitting the tour circuit in support of their newly released album 'Contra'. Their preppy, indie rock sound is one all their own, and this album explores a wide musical spectrum, including third-wave ska, Brazilian baile funk, and Congolese thumb pianos. Vampire Weekend also just released their third single, 'Holiday' and one of their latest songs, 'Jonathan Low', is on the soundtrack to The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Vampire Weekend takes pride in producing introspective music, with lyrics that invite interpretation.
