WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Warm Beer Cold Women, an evening of orphaned songs and bruised music scribed by Tom Waits, returns to the Twin Cities after running in 1999 and 2003 at the Bryant Lake Bowl to sold out crowds. This retrospective of Waits' music lays out gritty truths like dirty laundry on a clothesline in some rarely heard tunes even for the Tom Waits aficionados, and it is also a great introduction to some of his best known tunes for those palookas who may be Waits virgins. So sit back, order yourself up a cup o' mud and "take on the dreams of the ones who have slept here."
