WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
In Toni Morrison's Jazz, adapted by Marion McClinton with music by Sanford Moore, the future for black urban life looks bright in the winter of 1926. That is until a middle-aged waiter shoots his teenage lover and his wife attacks the corpse at her funeral in this passionate, profound story of love and obsession.
