WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

During World War II, Japanese Americans were unjustly interned in camps inside the continental United States. This new work tells the story of how one boy and his family dealt with their captivity through the use of the great American pastime. A collaboration with Stages Theatre Company, Mu Performing Arts and Mixed Blood Theatre, you will be inspired by Katie Leo's adpatation of the Award-winning book by Ken Mochizuki and illustrator Dom Lee.
