Full Cast Set for CTC’s Gruffalo

Full casting has been announced for the musical stage adaptation of The Gruffalo, to be presented January 13-February 22, with an opening on January 16. Olivia Jacobs will direct.

The show features lyrics by Jon Fiber and Olivia Jacobs, music by Fiber with Robyn Price and Andy Shaw, and is adapted from Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s award-winning picture book. In it, Mouse scares hungry animals away with tall stories of the terrifying Gruffalo — and then comes face-to-face with the creature himself. The show was created by Tall Stories Theatre Company, has previously played to sold-out audiences from London’s West End and the Royal National Theatre to New York’s New Victory Theatre.

The cast stars Karina Garnett as Mouse, Alan Park as The Gruffalo, and Alex Scott Fairley as The Predators. The show is designed by Isla Shaw.
