When a Man Loves a Diva to Play Lab Theatre

The When a Man Loves a Diva cabaret show returns October 18 for a limited engagement at the Lab Theater, through November 10.

Musical Director Sanford Moore and the original Diva trio, Ben Bakken, Julius Collins III and Dane Stauffer pay homage to their favorite pop divas and sing 30 songs about love made famous by renowned female vocalists — from Aretha Franklin to Barbra Streisand, from Peggy Lee to Donna Summer, and from Adele to Beyonce.

The band includes Demetrius Mabry (drums), Geoff LeCrone (guitar), James A. Young III (bass), and Sanford Moore (keyboards/conductor).
