Gay Marshall, Milton Craig Nealy to Perform in High Hopes Gala

Broadway veterans Milton Craig Nealy and Gay Marshall will perform in the Lundstrum Center for the Performing Arts’ 11th annual High Hopes gala, which will take place at The Lundstrum Center in North Minneapolis on Saturday, May 14, at 6pm.

Nealy originated the role of Four-Eyed Moe in Broadway’s Five Guys Named Moe, with other Main Stem credits including Dreamgirls and Once On This Island. Marshall made her Broadway debut as Diana Morales in A Chorus Line, and is also known for her solo show, Piaf : La Vie l’Amour.

The evening will begin with a social hour including hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, and live jazz entertainment, followed by the performance, which will also feature professional performers from the Twin Cities and rising stars from West Broadway. Following the performance will be a party with hors d’oeuvres, dessert stations, music and dancing.

The Lundstrum Center for the Performing Arts is a non-profit organization offering Broadway musical theater training in dance, voice, and drama. The mission of the Lundstrum Center is to cultivate a love and knowledge of the performing arts so that young people will discover their unique gifts, develop their depth of character, and imagine new possibilities for their lives.
