Irene Adjan, Lela Elam and More Set for Michael McKeever’s Moscow

Zoetic Stage and The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts have announced casting for the world premiere of Michael McKeever’s Moscow, to run March 29-April 15 in the Carnival Studio Theatre at the Ziff Ballet Opera House. McKeever will direct.

Set in Miami circa 1962, Moscow features the members of a once prominent South Florida family. The Kennedy assassination, the Cold War, and the sudden influx of Cuban immigration set the stage.

The cast will feature Irene Adjan (Lorelei Montefiore Porter), Lela Elam (Olivia), Elena Maria Garcia (Inez), Margery Lowe (Lucy Montefiore), Luis Restrepo (Hector), and Tom Wahl (Clayton Porter).

The design team will include Sean McClelland (set design), Luke Klingberg (lighting design), Alberto Arroyo (costume design), Jodi Dellaventura (prop design), and Stuart Meltzer (sound design).
