Synopsis

A girl. A twister. A pair of ruby slippers. Before there was Wicked there was a timeless tale of a Kansas farm girl trying to find her way home. This summer there is no place like the Richard and Karen Carpenter Performing Arts Center in Long Beach, which will be transformed by Musical Theatre West into the mystical Land of Oz. With a click of your heels and a sprinkle of musical theater magic you'll be swept away on a bewitching adventure down the Yellow Brick Road.
