Synopsis

The Second World War is on and due to a housing shortage, an Army Sergeant on a weekend pass is forced to stay with a lovely, aspiring actress. One of the longest-running non-musicals in Broadway history, The Voice of the Turtle reminds us that though the outward trappings may change, the essential steps in the dance of love and desire remain poignantly familiar. A classic of romantic, sophisticated comedy.

Review: RE: The Voice of the Turtle by jmperez

Outstanding cast...Lisa Perez as Olive steals the show with her comedic turn.Husband and wife Jim Fenton and Kate Woodruff are a perfect romantic couple and Andrea La Velas direction is subtle enough to let the actors run with it.Rewarding night of theater.
