Following sold-out runs in Los Angeles and Chicago, and a twice-extended Off-Broadway run in New York earlier this year, Paul Stroili's Straight Up with a Twist has been invited to open and close the 2008 Los Angeles Comedy Festival.

The solo show is the hysterical-but-true tale about "that straight guy you've always wondered about." Stroili plays all the members of his eccentric family as they try to understand this "Renaissance Geek...a happily-married guy who can't work power tools but can perfectly fold a fitted sheet."
