WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
A true masterpiece, Romeo and Juliet brought audiences to their feet at its 1985 ABT premiere. The tradition continues this season. With brilliant choreography by Sir Kenneth MacMillan, and a sensuous, stirring score by Prokofiev, this richly textured ballet remains one of the Company's most romantic, heart-wrenching, and enduring works.
